Golden Week in China
Golden Week is coming up soon. It is a 2 weeks long holiday in China that happens around 1st of October, the National Day where factories, warehouses and offices give annual leaves to their staff member. Since most employers give the leaves around that the same time, China becomes crowded with people on the street trying to get back home to see their family. The transportation and accommodation prices go up drastically during Golden Week.
Nevertheless, if you would like to experience the peak crowdedness in China and the lifestyle, this is a good chance.
