When utilising the Credit Voucher(s) issued by JLB Group Pty. Ltd. ("JLB") ABN 90 609 800 133, conducting business under the name Expedition Exclusive Australia ("EE"), and possessing an IATA/TIDS License No. 96 806 113, you ("You") explicitly recognise that you have thoroughly read, comprehended, and willingly accept the terms set forth herein. The eligibility criterion for utilising these vouchers necessitates that you must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age when making a booking. Furthermore, you commit to furnishing EE with information that is not only accurate but also complete and comprehensive.

1.1 When redeeming your EE credit voucher, should the total cost of the selected services surpass the voucher's value, you are required to settle the outstanding difference to confirm the new purchase or redemption.

1.2 Redemption is contingent upon availability at the time of booking.

1.3 Each voucher is valid for a single traveler for a specific product, and it cannot be amalgamated with other vouchers or discounts.

2.1 The recipient bears the responsibility of redeeming and confirming all services before the expiration of their credit vouchers. The travel period can extend up to 6 months after the credit note's expiry date.

2.2 EE credit voucher(s) remain valid for 12 months from the issue date. In certain cases, extension may be granted after a careful review and approval by our team.

2.3 Expired EE credit voucher(s) lose their eligibility for purchases or any form of redemption.

2.4 EE, unless prohibited by law, retains the right to refuse, void, cancel, reject, or hold for review any credit vouchers mistakenly applied, whether in an incorrect denomination or associated with fraudulent actions, compensation abuse, or violation of credit voucher terms or EE booking conditions. EE also reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including disqualification from participation, if fraud or other violations are suspected or determined based on credit voucher or EE booking terms and conditions.

3.1 The amounts indicated on the EE gift voucher are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are redeemable for the acquisition of tour packages and/or service products provided by EE.

3.2 The EE gift voucher holds no cash value, and any unused amounts after redemption will not be eligible for refunds.

To make a booking, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old, and you commit to furnishing EE with thorough and accurate information.

1.1 Promotions or discounts cannot be applied to Gift Voucher purchases.

1.2 Your Gift Voucher may only be used to make purchases up to the remaining Voucher value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining Voucher value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.

1.3 Change of mind refund cannot be accommodated.

1.4 A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase products that are NOT EE branded.

1.5 A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.

1.6 A Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or traveller cheques, resold, transferred for value or refunded.

1.7 A Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

1.8 A Gift Voucher is not redeemable outside of Australia without prior written consent from EE.

1.9 All redemption is subject to availability at the time of booking.

2.1 A Gift Voucher expires 12 months from date of issue unless it is stated otherwise on a Gift Voucher.

2.2 It is the Gift Voucher holder's responsibility to purchase and confirm all products or services prior to the expiry of their Gift Voucher.

2.3 Lost or stolen Gift Voucher cannot be replaced, refunded, or compensated.

2.4 Any balance remaining on a Gift Voucher after the expiry date cannot be used for purchases or otherwise redeemed.

2.5 Except where prohibited by law, EE reserves the right to refuse, void, cancel, reject or hold for review any gift voucher mistakenly applied in an incorrect denomination or applied or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions, fraudulent claims, compensation abuse or in connection with any violation of these Gift Voucher terms or EE booking terms and conditions. EE also reserves the right to any remedy, including disqualifying you from participation in the booking, if it suspects or determines that you have committed fraud or otherwise violated the Gift Voucher or EE booking terms and conditions

2.6 A Gift Voucher at all times, remains the property of EE, and must not be resold or re-valued by a person, without the express written consent of the EE.
